Quality comes first
Our efforts are always focused on developing innovative and effective products. To achieve this, we invest in research and we cooperate with universities and research institutes, besides studying the chemical and botanical properties of raw materials to optimise their use.
The quality of our products is the first goal we pursue. This is achieved by carefully selecting raw materials, by carrying out rigorous quality control in specially equipped laboratories, and by working in modern production and control facilities.
Through our efforts, we give a tangible contribution to the following SDGs.

Our patents
BIPHASIC NATURCAPS® ‘RETARD’ (extended release): Patented technology that enables the body to absorb nutrients gradually and completely.

GLUTEN FREE: All our products are certified as "gluten-free". This means that they have a gluten content of less than 20 ppm (0.002%) in accordance with EC/41/2009 and subsequent EC/828/2014 regulations, making them suitable for people with coeliac condition.
VEGAN: Our products with this symbol on the packaging are suitable for vegetarians and/or vegans based on the assessment of the raw materials they contain.
IFOS 5 STAR CERTIFICATE: lnternational Fish Oil Standards is the most significant certification for omega-3 products. Our product Omega 3 Extra Pure has been awarded the IFOS 5 Star rating following a rigorous testing protocol. This ensures the quality, safety and purity of the product.
FRIEND OF THE SEA CERTIFICATION: It is for products and services that respect and protect the marine environment. Omega3 Extra Pure is Friends of the Sea certified.
ORIVO CERTIFICATION: Orivo evaluates and certifies the origin of the ingredients. Our Omega 3 Extra Pure product is Orivo certified.

Our goals:
Ensuring the best customer care by training our staff on how to provide accurate information to end users;
Placing QR codes on the packages of some of our products to let customers give us a feedback on their satisfaction with the product;
Digitalising customers’ feedback in order to monitor the product effectiveness and our marketing strategy for future improvement.
