How to use:

4-5 sprays (about 0.5 ml), up to 4 times throughout the day. Apply the spray directly into the mouth.

Warnings: Keep out of the reach of children three years of age or under. Do not exceed the daily recommended dosage. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effect. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
