Replexium

Polymer naturally present in the dermis. It belongs to the class of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs). It is made up of two identical disaccharide units that repeat themselves giving rise to a very long chain. It gives the skin optimal hydration, the right elastic response and mechanical support. With age, its concentration in the dermis tends to decrease and the skin dehydrates and ages.
