Neem Oil
Neem oil is extracted from Neem seeds that come from a tree that belongs to the Meliacee family. It grows in tropical and sub-tropical areas of Asia, Africa, America (Central and South), Australia, and Oceania. Neem is the name which has been used since ancient times in India in honor of the goddess Neemari, whereas in Arabic this shrub is called Shajar-e-Mubarak, which means "blessed tree." Gandhi defined it "a prodigious plant of the XXI century". It appears in ancient Ayurvedic texts as an oil with numerous healing properties. Neem oil is currently used as a natural remedy for lice.
