Mixture of Amino Acids
Tyrosine is a polar amino acid, with a chiral molecule. The human body is able to synthesize it, so it is not an essential amino acid. It is biologically important as a precursor of various hormones, such as thyroxine and catecholamines (dopamine, noradrenaline and adrenaline) and of melanin.
Valine is a non-polar essential amino acid, an essential component of protein biosynthesis. It is also used by the human body for the production of energy from high protein foods or in case of mobilization of endogenous protein reserves.
Proline is a non-polar amino acid, used by the cells for the biosynthesis of proteins. It is one of the main constituents of connective tissue.
