Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is an organic sulphuric compound. Found in primitive plants, and -in small amounts- in many foods and beverages, it's a white crystalline solid. Methylsulfonylmethane is a natural source of Sulfur. Sulfur is an essential component of living cells, comparable in terms of weight to potassium in the human body, and slightly more abundant than chlorine and sodium.
